It is an important control parameter for the function of water softeners and water treatment systems. <\/p>\n<p><strong>This test set is available in three units:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>0 &#8211; 2 \u00b0dH<\/strong> (German hardness) &#8211; standard in Germany<\/li>\n<li><strong>0 &#8211; 2 \u00b0fH<\/strong> (French hardness)<\/li>\n<li><strong>0 &#8211; 20 ppm CaCO\u2083<\/strong> &#8211; International unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Scientific series from CALDUR\u00ae offers maximum precision for low hardness ranges thanks to innovative syringe titration. Intermediate values can be read directly from the scale. <\/p>\n<h3>How does the test set work?<\/h3>\n<p>The CALDUR\u00ae Residual Hardness Scientific test set uses a precise dosing syringe for titration. Two reagents are added to the water sample, then the titration solution is added using the syringe.
