The C-version receiver is a receiver module of the light curtain system for the restart readiness circuit (WBS) of escalators.
Part of the Restart Readiness Circuit (WBS)
The light curtain is part of the restart readiness circuit (WBS) for escalators: transmitter and receiver modules monitor the presence of people on the unit in accordance with EN 115 and automatically release the escalator again after an emergency stop. The C version is the predecessor system for escalators from ThyssenKrupp and Schindler.
