The WINLAB Data Line photometer is a powerful, portable fourth-generation LED photometer developed specifically for water analysis in the field and in the laboratory. It is the ideal complement to the photometric CALDUR® test sets and enables an objective, digital evaluation of water samples – without subjective colour comparisons.
With nine LED wavelengths (380, 430, 470, 500, 520, 560, 610, 700 and 810 nm), the photometer covers a wide spectral range and is therefore suitable for a large number of water parameters.
In combination with the CALDUR® test sets, you can determine the following parameters photometrically, among others:
In total, over 100 pre-programmed measuring methods are available – in addition to CALDUR®, also for reagents from other manufacturers.
No manual reading from a colour chart – the photometer calculates the value digitally and reliably
Readings are clearly legible even in difficult lighting conditions – scratch-resistant and robust
Extensive documentation directly on the device – ideal for logging and quality assurance
No searching through paper manuals – step-by-step instructions always at hand
Designed for use directly at water treatment plants, wells or outdoors
Easily evaluate, archive and process measurement data on a PC
Independent of the mains – ideal for mobile use and field measurements
The working instructions for each test set can be called up directly on the photometer display. Measurement results are automatically logged in the data memory and can be transferred to a PC via the IrDA interface or USB.
Checking limit values according to the Drinking Water Ordinance – e.g. chlorine, iron, manganese, aluminium, nitrate, nitrite
Monitoring of disinfectants (chlorine, chlorine dioxide, peroxide) and corrosion inhibitors (phosphate, silicate, DEHA, MEKO)
Control of hardness stabilisers, oxygen scavengers (sulfite, ascorbic acid) and corrosion protection
Determination of heavy metals (chromium, copper, manganese) and nutrients (ammonium, nitrate, phosphate)
Quality control of process water and cleaning solutions
